RingCentral may be experiencing call failures and call drops

To all,
services from our phone service provider (RingCentral) are presently impacted. Consequently, placing calls may fail to connect and active calls may drop. IMPORTANT: dialing 4-digit extensions will work to place calls internally within the org. We are working with first party RC support for an expedited resolution. More information will be shared as it becomes available.
